Elect a new school council!
When: Wednesday, October 15 from 6:30 to 7:30pm
Where: School Library or remotely using Microsoft Teams
All Howard parents/caregivers are welcome.
Highlights
- Joining Council: This meeting will start with council elections. We will talk about the different roles and responsibilities of council members, which can also be found here.
- Committees: Committees are the way council makes things happen at the school! If you have a idea or a passion, Council can help you find people to collaborate with and give you the financial and communication supports your project needs. We’ll review the process so ideas can be ready for funding on November.
- Principal’s Update: Our Principal will give us an update on school happenings, with time for questions. It’s casual and informative and a great way — especially for new families — to understand how the school runs and how to get information and help.
- Fall Fete: Fall Fête is coming on October 25th! Come learn about this event and how to get involved.
