SCHOOL STATEMENT OF NEEDS (SSON) is the form completed by the school council/parent representative of every school each fall (but we haven’t done one in ages!). It outlines the parent/community priorities for the school that the superintendent will use to identify a principal if one needs to be appointed. If you’d like to learn more, read the Guidelines or a Sample.
