Howard Families Invited to Mindfulness Workshop on March 29

Howard Families are invited to an exclusive Mindfulness Workshop, sponsored by the Howard Public School Council.

Students & their grownups, Teachers & their kids, Staff, Administrators and all members of the Howard community are welcome to sign up online.

Sessions will include fun and engaging games and activities that include:

• Mindful Movement and yoga
• Breath Awareness
• Sensory Activities
• Brain Games
• Guided Relaxation
• Reading of “Marvin the Mindful Marmot”
