Home and School’s Direct Drive Fundraiser is back – make your one-time donation

Welcome to all returning and new Howard families!!

Howard Junior P.S. is a very special school in supportive community, and it is going to be another great year! This is in part due to the huge efforts of the Howard Home & School Council. Through fantastic events like the Fall Fete, the Home & School Council builds community, raises money, and funds a ton of programming and equipment for our kids including:
 sports equipment  new computers
 theatre, dance and music experiences  mental health supports
 visiting artists  new playground equipment
 STEM initiatives  and more!

Our Annual Direct Ask Campaign is the foundation of Home & School Council fundraising. We ask for one donation, at the beginning of the school year, so Home & School can plan and budget for the year to come.

Unlike fundraising campaigns where parents are meant to purchase magazines or other products, with a direct donation, every dollar goes to Howard. Better for Howard; better for the environment.
Our annual Direct Ask goal is $15,000.
The suggested, optional donation amount is $50 per student. If you can donate more than that, please do — to support programming and to cover the donation for a family who is not in a position to donate. All donations, small or large, are appreciated. Those over $20 receive a tax receipt.

The method of payment is schoolcashonline.com. Click on “Items” and then “Make a Donation”.

Thank you for your support, from the Howard Fundraising Team (Leslie Nicholson, Gail Cecil, Denise Gray & Sheila Gibb – howardschoolcouncil@gmail.com)
