Grade 6 graduation is happening soon!
When:
Tuesday, June 25
5:00 to 6:30pm: Graduate Ceremony followed by family and friends reception with light refreshments.
6:30 to 8:30pm: Grads-only party! Food, dance and fun.

Tickets:
Get your tickets at SchoolCashOnline – deadline extended until Wednesday, June 19!
Tickets are $25 for grads (which includes the cost of both the yearbook and grad festivities) and $10 for Reception Guest tickets.
You can also drop off cash or cheques at the office until Friday, June 21.
Yearbook:
Remind your child bring their yearbook to grad and a pen for classmate signatures.
Call for volunteers:
We need many volunteers for before, during and after the graduation ceremony.
Grade 6 volunteers can help with decorating the gym and food prep.
It’s a Howard tradition that Grade 5 parents volunteer their time on grad night.
This allows the Grade 6 parents to be with their children.
Volunteer roles for Grade 5 parents include:
- helping set up, serve and clean up before the dance
- chaperone for the dance and end of night clean up helpers

Twinkle, twinkle:
If you have strings of white twinkle lights, please consider loaning them for gym decorations. Please label your lights by writing your child’s name and area on masking tape. Lights can be dropped off at the Main Office this week in the box labelled Twinkle Lights. Your lights can be picked up the day after grad on June 26 at the Main Office.
