Hello Howard Families!
We are just over a week away from this year’s Social fundraiser (Friday May 10th)!
Community members and local businesses have already donated some amazing auction items including:
– Samsung S10+ 512GB device!
– Blue Jays and TFC tickets
– a flower bouquet every month for a whole year from Sweet Pea’s!
– gift certificates to over 10 fantastic local summer camps and programs
– gift certificates for local restaurants, shops and boutiques
– gift certificates for expert services like architects, life coaches, interior decorators, landscape designers and more!
The money raised at this event directly helps to enrich our children’s school experience, funding all those amazing extras that help make Howard such a great school: scientists, artists, field trips, sports equipment, technology, yard improvements and resources to make Howard more equitable and environmentally friendly!
We still need the parent community to help with donations. We all have something to give and every donation helps:
– a bottle of wine.
– throwing a themed dinner party.
– tickets to theatre/opera/sporting events?
– golf or ski passes?
– an Air BNB out of the city for a weekend?
– afternoon on a boat in the harbour?
– a craft you are amazing at?
– an afternoon of your expert skills?
