Good Afternoon Howard,
The STEM committee has arranged for old electronics to be collected for recycling during our STEM night (May 2nd from 6-8pm)!
This night will kick off our collection, but we will also be collecting for the two weeks following the event. A bin will be available in the main office for parents to drop items in.
As an extra incentive, for every electronic item brought in for recycling at STEM night, a ballot will be earned towards great STEM prizes.
Not only does recycling electronics help our environment, but it also helps raise money for Howard! The Ontario Stewardship council will pay us for every ton of electronics we collect.
Please see the graphic to know what can be brought in for recycling and start emptying out those drawers and boxes in the basement.
