Howard Staff Appreciation Luncheon – Tuesday June 12 11:45am-1:30pm
Dear parents and Howard supporters,
In a few weeks parents and volunteers will treat Howard teachers and staff to an end-of-year luncheon as thanks for everything they do teaching, caring for and looking after the well-being of our children throughout the school year. This event has been a great success in previous years thanks to parent and caregiver donations and volunteering.
We ask parents and caregivers for donations of food and gifts, as well as set-up and clean-up on the day of the event. The entire event relies on donations; Home and School funds cannot be allocated for it. Please give generously and sign up using SignUpGenius-HowardLuncheon.
Donations of cash or cheque should be put into an envelope and left – clearly labeled – at the office in the folder “Luncheon”, while wine for raffle and cutlery can be given to office staff or given to Sophie/Leslie by Thursday, June 7. Interac e-transfer to one of us is fine, too. Food items should be brought to the staff room on June 12 anytime prior to the luncheon at 11:45am.
