Hello Howard families …
The magazine drive has begun and we’re off to a great start! A HUGE thank you to the wonderful volunteers who helped get everything ready. Fundraising packages have been sent home and every child got a free COOP collectible key chain! Make sure to check your envelope carefully for the GOLDEN TICKET!
There are tons of great magazines available as well as gift items such as flower bulbs, kitchen gadgets and more! Photobooks also make great gifts for family who live far away. Consider a subscription or two for your child, nieces or nephews! Kids love getting mail and there are some top quality publications available. Over the years we’ve really enjoyed Story Box and Adventure Box – they are sturdy and have been read and re-read many times! My eight-year-old also loves Ask, Spider and Chickadee. There are also some really good French publications available such as Pomme D’Api, J’aime Lire and Les Explorateurs.
Order ONLINE by midnight THURSDAY OCT 26th and get DOUBLE POINTS towards the prize chart! Paper orders must be submitted by 3pm Thursday to qualify. There is a red basket in the main office for this purpose, please make sure any cheques are made payable to HOWARD HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION.
Don’t forget the QSP Magazine Drive also includes the fun Howard spirit days – aka Hoot’n’Holler Days – as well as prizes for all students!
Thank you in advance for your support. We count on your participation!
