Dear Howard Community,
We couldn’t have done it without you – the Community Pizza and Potluck Picnic this past Tuesday evening was amazing. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who helped on the night or lent us their gear, the parents and kids who brought amazing food and good cheer, and the fantastic volunteers who made the set-up/serving/take-down feel like a fun, well-oiled machine. And a special shout-out to Jerry, our Head Custodian, who always has our back!
A HUGE thank you to Master Mechanic High Park, who generously donated all of the pizza.
And thanks to the STEM folks and their exciting explosions! We loved the entertainment and education. Super fun!
We were also thrilled to see all of the support for our local Parkdale foodbank. Thanks to all those who brought donations!
