The TDSB is trying to increase participation in this year’s survey. Some schools are still at less than 50% participation. If you have not yet returned your Parent Census survey forms, please do so before the end of June.
If possible, fill out and return the original Parent Census survey forms pre-assigned to you. If you have misplaced your survey, blank survey forms in English and 14 other languages can be found on the external TDSB website: http://www.tdsb.on.ca/research/Research/ParentandStudentCensus/2017ParentCensus.aspx. Print the survey form and return it to the school in a sealed envelope. Thanks.
