February 1st through 28th

FOR CHILDREN BORN IN 2013

To register please bring your child’s:
Birth certificate or passport
Immunization Records
Health Card
Immigration Documents for children born outside of Canada
Proof of address (2 items of proof) i.e. Driver’s License, Utility bill
