Last Chance (really) to Order your Child’s QSP Prize

Hello Howard parents, I understand some kids may not have received the pick-a-prize form so I’ve attached a PDF copy reach-for-the-stars. If your child wants to order a prize please email me their selection at  by Thursday so I can get the last order in (no need to send me the paper form).

As a reminder, 1 point was earned for every sale, with double points for sales up to midnight on September 22nd. You can check your child’s sales online at http://www.qsp.ca/eTools
