URGENT CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Yep it’s that time when the Fall Fete Chair and Coordinators stop sleeping and have visions of crying children, so upset because their favourite Fall Fete activity has been cancelled.  Am I being dramatic?  Absolutely 🙂  But not about the losing sleep.

Here’s the situation.  We need more volunteers in these key areas:

Lunch Table Clean up – after 2pm

Ticket sellers

Basket Raffle ticket sales

Wine Raffle ticket sales

Volunteer registration

Bouncy Castles!!! (this is a big one because we absolutely need adult supervision)

Cake Walk

Mini-putt and other games!

Plate smash

Pumpkin decorating

Trade Up table

We are asking for a two hour shift – that way we all get to have some time with our families as well.  This is our biggest fundraiser and it’s a huge event.  It’s a ton of fun for our whole community. So be a mensch, hop online tonight and sign up for a shift – it’s good karma and your kids will be super proud of you!  Plus if we get enough volunteers, it means fewer of these annoying emails!!
