Dear Parents/Guardians:
On Thursday September 23rd the Student Data Verification Forms were sent home with your child. Please go over all the information carefully and make any necessary changes to your contact information and emergency contact information, sign the form and return it to school asap. If there are no changes in any of your information or contacts please sign and return the form as is. It is important that we have all students forms back to insure accurate records for the safety of our students.
