Our annual Seed to Harvest Festival kicks of this Thursday and Friday with school-wide seed planting!
Volunteers still needed to help – see schedule below and contact EB parent lead if you’re interested.
Please share this beautiful short video on pollination with your child/children in advance – and feel confident knowing all our seeds are organic and will not compromise the food chain.

What is the Seed to Harvest Festival you ask?
1. In late May students sow seeds into compostable pots – and care for them in class over 2-4 weeks
2. In June they plant them out in the yard – volunteers take turns watering over the summer
3. When we return to school in the fall we harvest our garden and make a delicious stone soup – complete with stone – while Earth Buddies club members recount the classic Stone Soup tale.
