Hearing and Vision Clinic on November 20th

The Hearing and Vision screening clinic is coming up quickly. It will be held on Friday November 20th in our Nurse’s Office and Library.

Please find attached a Hearing and Vision registration form for any parents who have not yet submitted one and wish to have their child screened.

All forms must be submitted by Thursday afternoon so they are available for the clinic on Friday morning.
