Hearing and Vision Clinic on November 20th

Hearing and vision forms were sent home to every child last week for our upcoming Hearing and Vision clinic on November 20^th. Please return forms and money/cheques to your child’s teacher.

A registration form is attached for anyone who did not receive the form last week.
