IMPORTANT – Student Medical Forms are DUE

We hope everyone received the beginning of the year student packages which were distributed during the first couple of days to every child. Unfortunately, we still have a large number of missing student forms. We are particularly concerned about receiving the medical forms for your child as it helps us keep everyone safe.

Please ensure that all medical forms are returned directly to the office ASAP.
