The parent consultation forms for all students on IEP’s have now been distributed, along with permission forms for non-identified students who receive Resource support in both the French and English streams. Please check your children’s backpacks for these important forms.
If your child receives Withdrawal Resource support with our Special Education team, please sign and return the forms promptly so we can begin formal support of your child. Please notify the school office if you need a replacement of any of these forms.
Once you have had an opportunity to complete these parent consultation and permission forms, please return them directly to the office Attn. K. Wessenger-Macdonald, for tracking.
