Class List 2014/2015
Draft copies of the Class Lists were distributed to each area teacher last Friday (September 19th); if you have not received a copy please check your child’s knapsack.
- Review your child’s contact information for accuracy. If everything is correct no further action is required. Please do not send in another consent form.
- Edits required – fill out the appropriate form attached to the class list and return it to the school no later than Friday, September 26, 2014.
- If your child’s name and contact information is not printed on their class list, we have not received a consent form for him/her. There is still time to participate, follow the instructions on your handout and return the form to the school by Friday, September 26, 2014.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the students and teachers for helping us distribute and gather the Class List forms. We have received consents from over 90% of the school populations. Our goal is to have the final copy of each area Class List distributed to each student by the end of September.
