Class list consent letters will be going home the first week of June. This will be my fourth and final year of coordinating the Class lists for Howard Public School. I am now actively searching for a parent volunteer to replace me as the Class List Coordinator. Ideally the interested parent volunteer can start on May 28, 2014.
This position requires you to work independently and with a group of dedicated data entry volunteers. Most of the work is done from home, with the occasional visit to the school to drop off and pick up consent forms.
We start getting ready for Class lists in mid May and finish late September. Over this time period you will invest approximately 50 hours to this project.
If you have some experience with databases (we use Filemaker) or spreadsheets, like working with paper, are self motivated, organized and have a lap top computer then please contact me, Pam Hyde at firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information.
