Dear Howard Parents/Guardians,
We need some HELP! As we are coming to the end of the 2012/2013 school year we are beginning to make preparations for next years class lists.
At the end of the school year we will collect the majority of the class list consents. The confirmation/consent forms will be going home with each student the first week of June.
During the month of August all consents are organized and given to our data entry support persons for updating, This time frame allows us to give each students family a new class list contact sheet in September.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS. We presently have one data entry parent volunteer and require two more for this project. Data entry skills are not required; a training session will be held during the first week of August to familiarize each volunteer with the software. A small commitment of your time can make a big difference to this project and to your school community.
This opportunity is perfect for the parent(s) who want to volunteer outside the classroom and prefer to work independently. A home computer and Internet access are necessary for this project.
